This is the story of Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, an M.D. & Ph.D biochemist who persevered for decades to win lengthy and convoluted legal battles against the Texas Medical Board and the Food & Drug Administration. His successful battles against the government suppression centered around his commitment to gene-targeted anti-cancer “Antineoplastons” that he discovered in the 1970's.  His Antineoplastons completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009.   Dr. Burzynski still practices and resides in Houston, Texas.

 California Citizens For Health Chairman John Toth, M.D. and Director George Gaboury will also be at this event to discuss the 2011 introduction of a new California legislative bill to legalize advanced alternative cancer treatments in California.
