Steven Wm. Fowkes is an organic chemist and Executive Director of the Cognitive Enhancement Research Institute (CERI) in Menlo Park, California. He is the co-author of Stop the FDA: Save Your Health Freedom, Smart Drugs II The Next Generation, and GHB: The Natural Mood Enhancer. He has written numerous articles and has appeared on programs such as "Larry King Live". He is also the editor of Smart Life News. His Internet web site is http://www.ceri.com  .
